We’ve got big plans for the 30,000 sf retail center at Historic Westside Village . The center will target neighborhood commercial uses such as restaurants, clothing boutiques and a dry cleaner. The buildings will have a brick facade with glass store fronts that will fit aesthetically with the existing retail. Environmentally sensitive components will also be used such as low flow fixtures and energy efficient windows. The initial spaces will be delivered Jan 2009 with the total center being completed in the 2nd quarter of 2009.
